Trainee Broker Scheme
Launched in 2022, our Trainee Broker Scheme gives high-potential individuals the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful brokers in the world. We look for those with a proven interest in shipping, who impress us with their drive, determination and confidence. Candidates will be invited to an annual assessment centre, followed by an in depth interview process. Over a two year period, trainees will be rotated across the company and work from at least two Gibson offices.
